Return Policy and Process

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at returns@yourdomain.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review and authorize the return.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

 

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refund and Dispute Policy

Refunds are issued once the returned product has been received and verified or if the service/product is undelivered due to a fault on our end.

For service-related disputes, please contact support@7figrsolution.com with a detailed explanation. We will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days.

Cancelation Policy

Orders for physical products can be canceled within 24 hours of placement unless already shipped.
For digital services or software, cancellations must be requested before any development or service work has begun.
